The Kharkiv Human Rights Group has announced its willingness to ensure representation in the European Court of Human Rights of people whose electoral rights were infringed during the parliamentary elections on 28 October.
It warns that the Court in Strasbourg will only accept applications if all court options have been tried in Ukraine. This means that aggrieved voters must first seek redress in an administrative court and then court of appeal.
KHPG invites people who have had their suits in domestic courts rejected, to send all relevant information, the appeal; court ruling and appeal documentation to them.
