From now on people with disabilities will only need to undergo a medical examination once in order to obtain technical rehabilitation aids, and not once a year

From now on people with disabilities will only need to undergo a medical examination once in order to obtain technical rehabilitation aids. Up till now they had to prove that they have a disability once a year, this involving an exhausting list of medical tests.

The decision to simplify this procedure, and effectively allow for the issuing of a document which has indefinite force was taken by the Cabinet of Ministers and announced by the Minister of Employment and Social Policy Ludmila Denisova.
