Ministry of Justice to publish names of owners of Ukrainian media outlets
From 10 December this year the Ministry of Justice will make access to the State Register of Printed Media and Information Agencies open. According to the Ministry’s Press Service, the information will be available to all without exception individuals and legal entities.
The information will be available on the website www.informjust.ua It will make it possible to check whether a particular printed outlet is registered and also help when choosing a name for a new publication, since legislation does not allow for the State registration of two publications with the same name.
