OPORA has explained the procedure for handing the documents over to the archives and the law regulating this yet the members of the DEC are still refusing to carry out the relevant CEC resolution. One of the members of the DEC in response to reminders of the law, Svitlana Fedorivna said: “Let them write what they like. .. Choose the least of two evils… we’ve chosen to keep them where they’re safe”.
