Russia: Dissident opinions on Crimea again under fire
Members of the Russian human rights council under the president have been prohibited from publishing collective statements by individual members. Kasparov.ru reports that at a closed session of the council on Wednesday, a majority voted to exclude the article in their regulations which allowed collective positions on various issues to be posted on the site. Other changes to the regulations are to be prepared. The human rights site HRO.org reports that this development follows a statement from some of the members in which they criticized the actions of the Russian authorities in the Crimea.
