According to the complex investigation of the living standard, the main part of the poor consists of families with children up to 13 years old – 75%. The poor families with children, where all adult members are able to work, make 47.2%, families, where each adult member works – 18.5%. Another substantial part of the poor are pensioners. Families with pensioners make 44.5% of the poor families. According to the above-mentioned data, 78% of the poor families are the families, where at least one of the adults works.
