The Central Election Commission would appear to not be intending to impose requirements as regards additional documents which voters would need to produce to confirm their inability to vote at a polling station
The Central Election Commission says that it will most likely approve a new application form for voting at home after 14 September. In a press interview, reported by Interfax – Ukraine, the Deputy Head of the CEC Andriy Mahepa also stated that according to the ruling of the District Administrative Court in Kyiv, the CEC must approve a new application form, as well as explanatory material for district electoral commissions on the mechanisms for checking such applications. Mr Mahepa said, however, that the CEC would not impose requirements as regards additional documents which voters would need to produce to confirm their inability to vote at a polling station.
