SBU questions Ukrainians having contact with foreign journalists
According to correspondent from the German newspaper Frankfurter Allgemeine Zeitung, Konrad Schuller, Ukraine’s Security Service [SBU] is questioning people who contact foreign journalists.
He says that SBU officers have on a number of occasions met with people he contacted in Ukraine while preparing material during the presidential campaign and that these meetings took place at the end of April 2010.
Mr Schuller asserts that he sent an official letter to the Head of the SBU Valery Khoroshkovsky back in June asking for an explanation regarding the purpose and grounds for such meetings.
He says also that yesterday, while interviewing Viktor Yanukovych, he personally informed the Head of State of this situation.
