This was reported by a Kommersant Ukraine photographer on his Facebook page.
He took a photo of Rozhytsky wearing the Breguet Classique Complications model "Réveil du Tsar Alarm" made of white gold valued at between 32 and 35 thousand USD.
Even at the lower end of the scale, he would still be working more than a year.
