The Mykolaiv Monument was so defiled for the second time in the last year, the last being on the eve of the Jewish New Year.  Monitoring reported here found 12 cases of desecration of Jewish places of worship or remembrance.

The vandalism in the Crimea is also an increasingly common event with the law enforcement bodies seldom doing anything.    The situation in the Crimea is particularly volatile at present (see http://khpg.org/1361747252 ).
