Sergei Kovalev: Stop Russian expansion!
Sergei Kovalev, former Soviet political prisoner and the first Russian Federation Human Rights Ombudsman has addressed the following open appeal to the Parliamentary Assembly of the Council of Europe and to the international community.

I call on the world community to put pressure on their governments to stop Russian expansion.
