Slovyansk: police chief released by pro-Russian militants

Relatives of Oleksandr Davydenko, the acting head of police, report that he has been freed.  The pro-Russian militants in Slovyansk had been holding him hostage since May 18.  His abduction was only reported on May 21 with his wife until then being told that her husband was “at his workplace, receiving correspondence”.
