After a long discussion the editorial board of ’Prava ludyny’ has decided to publish the appeal of a member the new-founded organization ’Ukraine without Kuchma’ (in a shortened version, since the text is too lengthy), and the open letter to the President from the Forum of Ukrainian students in America and Europe. We are also going to comment the documents.

10 December is International Day of human rights. On this date in 1948 the UN approved the Universal Declaration of Human Rights.
