The Ministry of Justice is to publish over 800 Presidential decrees and instructions which have had the stamp “Not to be published” removed

The Ministry of Justice is to publish over 800 Presidential decrees and instructions which have had the stamp “Not to be published” removed. According to the relevant Order, signed by the Minister of Justice Mykola Onishchuk, the 628 decrees and 190 instructions are to be published in the “Official Herald of Ukraine. The normative legal acts will also be removed from the Separate Section of the Single State Register of Normative Legal Acts and placed in the Reference Fund of the Register in its control state and all subsequent editions.
