Antifascist site reports assault on two Britons in Lviv

According to www.antifascist.com “two tourists from Great Britain whose skin colour was closer to dark than white were attacked by a group of young people of typical appearance in Lviv. Mark Bluggins and David Fairchild came to Ukraine for a week. Their task was to write a small study about Eastern Europe.

According to the two men, they left a café for the hotel at around 1 a.m. Five men between 17 and 21 came up and hit them for about three minutes. They only took their watches but did not ask for money or credit cards.  According to the site, the assailants chanted fascist slogans in German.

The police have said that they are investigating.
