Another EuroMaidan activist’s car gutted

At around 3 a.m. on Friday morning a car belonging to EuroMaidan volunteers was set alight in a courtyard on Danylevsky St.  For over a month now the volunteers have been preparing hot tea and sandwiches for the Kharkiv EuroMaidan which gathers every evening.

The fire brigade and police arrived quickly, however the car was totally destroyed.

This is the sixth incident targeted against the Kharkiv EuroMaidan, and the third arson attack.  The previous attack in the early hours of Tuesday morning was almost forgotten because of the attacks that evening and night on investigative journalist and civic activist Tetyana Chornovol and on Kharkiv civic activist Dmytro Pylypets (see: Kharkiv EuroMaidan organizer knifed)
