Ivan Shulga is head of the Euro-Atlantic Choice organization and has criticized the draft bill submitted by MP Vadym Kolesnichenko on the status of Sevastopol.
Crimean journalist Andrei Klymenko reports that one of the organizers of the Sevastopol EuroMaidan, Ivan Shulga has been detained by police loyal to the self-proclaimed mayor, Alexei Chaly.
Ivan Shulga is understood to be at the Leninsky police station. He is the head of the Euro-Atlantic Choice organization and has criticized the draft bill submitted by MP Vadym Kolesnichenko on the status of Sevastopol.
As reported, another activist was abducted on Monday. Ivan Kiriushchenko has been involved in helping Ukrainian military officers in units under siege by the occupying Russian forces and took part in the demonstration on Sunday against war commemorating the 200th anniversary since the birth of Taras Shevchenko
