The Court of Appeals of Kyiv has changed the reporting judge on the gas case against former Ukrainian Premier Yulia Tymoshenko ahead of a preliminary hearing on Tymoshenko’s appeal, the press service of the Batkivschyna Party said with reference to the party’s first deputy head, Oleksandr Turchynov.
He added that no judge appointed a day before the preliminary hearing could know the material well enough to make a fair judgement and that this was clear proof that manipulation was underway before the hearing.
