Radosław Sikorski, Poland’s Foreign Minister, has again warned that the signing of the EU-Ukraine Association Agreement in November is under threat. Mr Sikorski was, Radio Svoboda reports, speaking at the Meeting of EU Foreign Ministers in Luxembourg.

He reported that there was intensive dialogue underway and said that they were closely following it’s progress, especially with respect to two areas – the electoral system and the Prosecutor’s Office.

“As far as I know, reforms are not being carried out and therefore at present there can only be one conclusion. Ukraine is not yet read to sign the Association Agreement”

He added that it is entirely up to Ukraine whether or not it’s signed.
