Unfortunately this credo is seldom reflected in Ukrainian legislation, and many children with disabilities and their parents are left to deal with their problems alone

On 23 February the Poltava Regional Prosecutors Office acknowledged that the conditions in the Komsomolsk temporary holding unit where 13 people tried to cut their wrists two days ago are unsatisfactory.
