Yevhen Bystrytsky, Head of the International Renaissance Foundation, believes that with such actions as the Security Service’s questioning of civic organizations receiving support from IRF, the authorities are trying to warn the public that they should not interfere in the course of the elections and should concentrate less on monitoring violations.
